COMPLETE WOMEN'S ALL-DISTRICT TEAMS

AMHERST, Mass. – Junior forward Megan Robertson was named to the 2013-14 Capital One Academic All-District Women's Basketball Team recently, as voted on by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) for her stellar performances athletically and in the classroom.

Robertson, a History and Math major, was named to the NCAA Division III District I First Team alongside five others from Castleton State, Smith, Wellesley, Worcester State and Hannah Foley '15 from Tufts. Also representing the NESCAC was Taylor Mutaugh '14 from Trinity who earned a spot on the District II team. A total of 49 Division III women's basketball players were selected from the eight districts.

The junior forward has already enjoyed a stellar career donning the Purple & White. In just two full seasons, she has been to the Final Four twice and ranks among the all-time greats in program history in three statistical categories. Robertson is just eight blocks away from tying the school record in career blocks (167), ranks sixth all-time in rebounding (668) and 15th in scoring, just 49 points shy of 1,000 for her career.

The 2011-12 NESCAC Rookie of the Year's latest accolade is yet another achievement added to a growing list of awards. A list that also includes a 2012-13 D3hoops.com All-Northeast Region Third Team selection and a 2012-13 All-NESCAC Second Team honor.
