The Amherst College women's soccer team will welcome Middlebury to Hitchcock Field on Saturday, November 6, in a NESCAC Championship semifinal matchup. Kickoff is scheduled for 11 a.m.
Â
The Mammoths (14-1-1, 8-1-1 NESCAC) earned the top seed in the tournament as they defend their conference championship from 2019, the last time the tournament was held. The semifinal clash against fourth-seeded Middlebury (12-3-1, 6-3-1 NESCAC) is a rematch of the 2019 title game, a 1-0 win for Mammoths thanks to a goal from
Sarah Sullivan '23. Amherst's contest with the Panthers earlier this season concluded as a scoreless draw.
Â
The final rounds of the 2021 NESCAC Women's Soccer Championship will all play out at Hitchcock Field with second-seeded Wesleyan facing third-seeded Hamilton at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday with the championship match at noon on Sunday.
