CLINTON, N.Y.. — The #14 Amherst College women's squash team earned their first win of the season when they convincingly overcame the #24 Hamilton College Continentals 7-2 on Saturday afternoon at the Little Squash Center.
The Mammoths improve their 2022-23 season record to 1-1, after they narrowly lost their season-opener 5-4 versus the #24 Hobart College Statesmen on Saturday, November 19. Amherst will next compete on Tuesday evening versus the #1 Trinity College (Conn.) Bantams (with a 3-0 record) at 6pm on the George A. Kellner Squash Courts in Hartford, CT. The Mammoths are excited to take on the best team in the country with a win under their belts.
