PHILADELPHIA, Penn. -- Seventh-seeded Navy continued its run to the College Squash Association's Summers Cup with a Saturday upset of third-seeded Amherst in the tournament semifinals with a hard-fought 5-4 decision.
The Mammoths (11-9) will play top-seeded St. Lawrence in the third-place match at the Penn Squash Center on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania Sunday at 11:30 a.m. The Midshipmen (14-12) will battle Tufts in the Summers Cup championship match, scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

Andrew Leung put Amherst up 1-0 against Navy with an 11-9, 11-7, 11-7 victory over Gus Prager at No. 8.
Pavan Nagaraj made it 21 Mammoths when he closed out Benjamin Balser at No. 9, 11-5, 11-6, 11-7.

Robinson Armour gave Amherst its final lead of the match, 3-2, when he dispatched Ryan York, 11-5, 11-8, 11-9.

Kedar Nagaraj won the fourth point for Amherst at No. 4. After falling 15-13 in game two, Kedar rallied to win game three 11-7 and game four 11-5.
* Two hard-fought thrillers went the full five games, and Navy won both, At No. 4,
Abhi Gupta was down 2-1 but won game four by an 11-9 count before ultimately falling in the fifth game, 11-7. At No. 5,
Nate Mossé was down 2-0 before winning game three, 11-6. In the fourth game, he fought off two match points before prevailing over Henry Sparkman, 17-15. He led the winner-take-all fifth game 6-2 but wound up on the wrong end of a 12-10 score.
