Brad Kasnet joined the Amherst College athletic communications staff in November 2021. He came to Amherst from Pack Network, where he served as a senior production director, producing and directing television and digital broadcasts of hundreds of collegiate and professional sporting events airing on outlets including NESN, NBC Sports Boston, SNY, MASN, Fox College Sports and ESPN3.

Prior to his work with Pack Network, Kasnet served in athletic communications roles at Northeastern University, Boston University and Bentley College. In two separate stints at Northeastern, he served as the primary contact for basketball and field hockey. At Boston University, he covered women's ice hockey, lacrosse, cross country and track & field, and served as the host media coordinator for the 2009 Women's Frozen Four hosted by BU. He worked with Bentley's Division I ice hockey team and Division II lacrosse, soccer and tennis programs.

Kasnet contributed to NBC's coverage of three Olympic Games as a researcher. He has covered alpine skiing, archery, judo, karate, ski jumping, sport climbing, taekwondo, volleyball and water polo on his Olympic assignments.

Kasnet also completed internships with the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings of the independent United League Baseball and with Major League Lacrosse and the Boston Cannons.

A native of Exeter, New Hampshire, Kasnet earned a bachelor's degree in government from Colby College in 2005 and a master's degree in broadcast journalism from Boston University in 2011.
