WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Paari Kaviyarsu shot a 1-over par 73 Sunday to help the Amherst College men's golf team to a 5th-place finish at the 2024 Williams College Invitational at the Taconic Golf Club. 

The Mammoths finished the two-day tournament with a 39-over 615. They finished 17 strokes behind champion Gustavus Adolphus and two strokes behind third-place Bowdoin. 

Kaviyarsu's great Sunday allowed him to lead the Mammoths individually with an 18th-place finish. His two-day total of 153 left him 9-over for the tournament. 

Leland Tsai was the next Mammoth on the scoreboard at 10-over. After a 1-over round of 73 Saturday, he shot a 9-over 81 Sunday and placed 20th individually. 

Jan Ebbinge also finished at 1o-over for the tournament, firing a 2-over 74 Sunday to place 22nd overall.
